Martín Martínez
Head of the Fundraising and Research Project and Contract Management Unit at the Center for Human and Social Sciences (CCHS-CSIC), where he coordinates specialized technical support for the research community in securing competitive funding and in the comprehensive management of national, European, and international projects. His work focuses on strengthening the center's participation in strategic calls for proposals, especially within the framework of European R&D&I programs, as well as ensuring adequate technical and financial monitoring, justification of grants, and compliance with the administrative and regulatory requirements associated with funded research.
With a degree in Biochemistry from the Autonomous University of Madrid and specialized training in innovation management and knowledge transfer, he has extensive professional experience in public research organizations, universities, and entities linked to scientific management. Throughout his career, he has participated in the preparation, execution, and monitoring of international collaborative projects and other initiatives funded by the European Union, performing functions of strategic advice, institutional coordination, and liaison with funding agencies.
His work combines strategic planning, support for research teams, and continuous improvement of management processes, contributing to the strengthening of the international projection and scientific excellence of the CCHS-CSIC.
