Agustín Serrano de Haro Martínez

Doctor in Philosophy fromComplutense University (Madrid) under the directionof Miguel García-Baró. He was awardedscholarships from the FPI Program (National Ministry of Education), Oriol-Urquijo Foundation and Caja Madrid Foundation. He is an authorized researcher of theHusserl-Archiv in Köln. In 1999 he was elected Tenured Scientist in the Institute of Philosophy (CCHS, CSIC). In 2002  he was awarded  first prize bythe Journal Teorema for the paper “No, nonada, mónada”. He has taught at theComplutense University, Comillas University, and theXavier Zubiri Foundation.  Hehas been visiting professor at San Nicolás de Hidalgo University (Morelia, México) and the Catholic University of SantaFe (Argentina). AsPresident of the Spanish Society of Phenomenology 2006-12, he is currently also amember of the Executive Committeeforthe Organization of Phenomenological Organizations. In 2011he led the Organizing Committee for the IV World Conference on Phenomenology, held in Segovia.  He is a patron of the Escuela de Filosofía Foundation (Madrid) and directsa collection of philosophical books at Encuentro Publishing House. His work focuses on phenomenology and phenomenology of History.
